1937 Dorothy L. Sayers’ fictional detective, Lord Peter Wimsey, finally married Harriet Vane, a prickly mystery writer he had pursued through several novels.

I know I say it every year that I would like to read the series. I've written it down and now I really am going to see if I can find the books on Thriftbooks.com. I watched some of the series on PBS several years ago. Harriet Vane was played by the actress who I now see playing a Russian on The Killing of Eve. I'm happy to see a long career.
