When I visited Washington DC with my senior group, a gal who was with me touring one of the Smithsonian buildings about the presidents and their wives inauguration gowns, she read his name and said, "There wasn't a president named Chester A. Arthur." I was taken aback a little and I said, "Sure there was." She continued to say she'd never heard of him before, and she said it was probably a mistake. LOL.
