Only for respect for the athletes am I watching. I missed the disrespectful depiction of The Last Supper, so I wasn't aware of the controversy until I saw a side-by-side comparison of both on Face Book. I am also outraged as was the whole Christian part of the world. France should be ashamed.

What I did see of the Opening ceremony was wonderful. Celene Dion's appearance and voice from the Eifel Tower at the end was absolutely fantastic, and I'm not particularly a fan of hers.
