Any bets on how many penalties there will be dished out to the 23XI teams in the coming year. I guarantee Nascar will be on them like white on rice. Look what Nascar used to do to drivers like Stewart and Rusty Wallace. Say one word against them and it was Your ass. Every single time rusty said anything, the next race was full of penalties. Nascar is not going to settle and then just let it go, and You can count on it.
