Boy, it's been busy for Tom and I. Working outside, keeping the garden looking nice, doing some outside landscaping, plus, me and my SIL go shopping at least 2X's a week or more... And by the time this 70 yr old gets home or working outside, I am TIRED and hit the couch and before you know it, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ LOL! It's so muggy and hot here this summer but not complaining. before you know it, the snow will be flying. We've hardly had any rain and the grass is turning brown. Doesn't seem to be enough hours in a day anymore and the weeks just fly by. I am busier since I retired than when I worked!! So glad I am boss of my time and not an employer though. Update on my daughter in law is she is doing much better but not as good as she should be after her surgery. She is going to have to have a valve replacement, but they are trying to hold off on that as long as they can. The procedure they did only opened her valve to half of what they wanted it to be, but she does have a better color and she is doing better. Thanks for the prayers for her. Mark is still doing good. I'm so proud of him!!!! So, life is good for now. I do wish NASCAR would get off the Hendrick wagon though. It's getting really bad. And when i said that about feeling sorry for KB, I want to clarify... I will never be a fan. It's just that I don't dislike him as much since he left Gibbs. And GO USA!! It's refreshing to watch the Olympics except for that disaster of the opening ceremony. (you know what I mean!!!) My Yoga teacher is in France right now and she was there for the opening ceremonies. She has family in Germany, and she is going to see them after the Olympics. Looking forward to hearing about her trip when she gets back. Take care everyone Til next time!!
