Per Alf: I sure am glad somebody is getting nice weather. We go from one nice day and then a couple in a row of rain and colder temps. I have missed two Saturday's ina row now going to my local race track because of rain. The five Saturday's so far have not been very warm at all. Long underwear every time The wind has been making it even colder. Been wondering where spring has been. My "2022" saying is: "Be Blessed each day we are given, tomorrow isn't promised" **Praying daily for all my Posse family here**

I'm getting on late, but it's been absolutely beautiful here last week and this week. HOT but that's how I like it. Got a lot of work done outside. Getting ready to plant the garden and my flowers. I've been waiting for this!! Spring may finally be here

Good morning Shiprek. It's very humid here this morning but some rain expected and temps not too bad. It's been such a roller-coaster of weather here these past few weeks. Major beach erosion on Outter banks from Nor-Easter that stalled. Several homes went into the Atlantic and lots of damage done. Some of the homes had been unoccupied for a few years as insurance doesn't pay unless they fall into the ocean. They can't even have them removed. An insane policy, IMHO Many of those homes started out as 2nd and three rows back from shoreline when built and became ocean front over time. Living on an island/sandbar is what happens with storms and erosion over time. Just sad seeing million dollar homes falling into the Atlantic.
