Don't know Ship, he has just went underground. Won't play in the golf tournament, and now not playing in the contest, I am getting worried about him, but can't get any answers from him. I guess he has turned into a hermit.

I'm still around! Not in contest this year due to the lack of interest in NASCAR. Hardly watched it last year and it just doesn't excite me anymore. Haven't even watched a race this year at all. I will be stopping by on Jrfans to see how everyone is doing time to time. Hope y'all enjoy the season. Not a hermit yet but working on it. LOL After I talked to Pap a few weeks ago I went to heart doctor for a 6 month checkup. Well things have been going pretty good until then. As they were checking me out, one nurse ask me how I felt. I answered just fine WHY? My heart rate was 34 beats a minute which isn't good at all. Did EKG and they said I was good but how am I good when heart rate is half of what it should be? It's getting some what better but I go for test starting Friday morning and if needed more test to see what is going on. I have a heart disease that can cause my heart to swell. Don't need that!!! That is what this test is all about Friday. My doctor said just to take it easy so the most I do is walk the dog twice a day. I can tell when my heart rate is low cause I get tired quickly. Even just doing small things around the house. I check out blood pressure twice a day and it gives me heart rate too. Some days good some days not so good but I hope we find out when I get results of testing. I really don't need this crap but it is what it is. When I find something out i will let y'all know. So glad you checked in Lang. we are worried about our friend and glad you have shared with us your health concerns. I am praying that they can figure it all out and get your fixed up and feeling better. Please keep us posted and know the Posse prayers have your back. hate you're having to worry about it as stress makes it worse. Hope you can find a relaxing way to not stress and just chill, camping, the dogs or maybe a Harvick win.

Sure do miss you not playing with us this year as I am sure one of us can beat ole Pappy...lol Love you and please keep us posted.

SO sorry to hear about your health. You do need to check in with us and we can support you when you need encouragement. We care about you!! Whether you are feeling NASCAR or not, we don't want you to shy away from us! I used to play in the contests here and Beth and Alf even made an exception for me to start but I was afraid to play since I got a weird message on the computer, so I decided not to play again. WE go back a long way Lang and when we don't hear from you we need to know what's going on. Call us nosy, but that's the way we are. LOL!! For good or bad, we're here for you
