Lisa posted this morning that Bill "WillyT" went to be with the Lord early this morning losing his battle with cancer. I have so many great memories of them coming to my homes in Charlotte and meeting several members of our Posse Family. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers. RIP WillyT

Last post about Bills battle with cancer. Cancer didn't win GOD did. Bill went home to be with GOD early this morning. He will be missed. But he is not in pain anymore. I will post the arrangements later. Lisa

He suffered for a long time. Sorry sorry he's gone

He did have a break from it with all the treatment he went through but it was a long time before he was feeling good again. Then it came back with a vengeance and nothing could stop it. Just breaks my heart for Lisa and family. He was so young, age 59. ;(

I am so heart broken over this news. I met WillyT years ago at Charlotte, when the Ms Gang went there for the race and WillyT drove from Knoxville to Charlotte to meet all of us. Shiprek and I went to meet him at a spot at the campsite and asked, How will we know You and WillyT said, just listen for the music, and sure enough, we heard "ROCKY TOP" blaring loudly from his truck. What a great guy. My heart goes out to Lisa and Tiffany. Rest in peace my friend and say hello to LOUIE AND PAM when You meet up with them. Love ya Buddy.

Me too Pappy. Bill and Lisa drove to Charlotte for my very first RaceCom Reunion in 1999Beth and WillyT 1999

when I first moved there and had a little apartment. That's when Becky had a cake made for his Birthday that we celebrated that weekend. The cake was a reversal of the Earnhardt Bristol incident when Earnhardt said, "I just Rattled His Cage" when he punted Labonte into the wall. I have a picture of me presenting Bill with that cake showing Labonte punting Earnhardt. He and Lisa came back again when I had JrFans Reunion at my place on Hood Road. Lisa and Bill telling stories stories had us all laughing so hard we almost peeded our pants. Such great memories and sweet people of strong faith. Lisa was so sick and needed transplant when I first met her and Bill was afraid she would die. Years later she finally got her transplant and then Bill was hit was a race cancer he fought and then it came back and took him. He will be missed and I worry about Lisa as Bill was the one working . He had to quit work when he got so sick and his disability ran out, they had no money coming in these past two months. Plus their sweet little mini poodle died 2-3 weeks ago. Such a loss for them both and Lisa is left all alone now. I'm sure her family and church will surround her with love and support. It's just so sad we've lost so many of our Posse Family. Blessed we've been together for so many years from the late 1990's to date.

Oh Pappy, I'm ROTFLMSO right now. YES, these stories are what we cherish about our times together. Gosh we had fun, laughed until we had to pee and even MK peeded in her "very best panties" on the split rail fence one....Now I'm peeing my pants too. Thanks for the laughs, we needed them.

No picture taken as MK and Mandy were "Rolling On the Ground Peeing their Pants"! They left me stuck in that fence while people and line of cars right beside the fence were watching me and laughing, pointing, and big eyed. I still see the face of a young boy in a car so close he could have reached out his window and pushed me through. His eyes were so big, wide eyed open....LMBO
