Steak marinate

I used to fix steak often and I bought ribeyes or filets. I found a steak marinate and everyone bragged on my steaks. I fix them in the air fryer or on the grill outside. It’s this marinate that makes them so tender and tasty. Now I can only afford a cheap steak that would normally be too tough to cut. I haven’t had a steak since I’ve moved so I bought a cheap sirloin on sale at Kroger. I used my marinate and I was amazed. It was tender and delicious. I’m going to try to get one every month! I wanted to share my marinate with you.

STEAK MARINATE
Mix:
1/4 c. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
Onion powder
(To taste)
Mix well and put in ziplock bag with steak 🥩
Marinate all day! Or overnight.

Sounds good! I'm going to try it first warm day on my outside grill

Thanks for posting it! I especially like the fact that it makes a cheaper steak delicious
