Sorry to hear you're having tummy/digestive issues. Stress can surely do that and possible changes in your daily routine and diet as well. Hope it clears up soon. I deal with that all the time since before and after my colon surgery. Just so many issues and seems nothing works. take extra pro-biotics and eat yogurt. Another thing in the interim that helps is eat rice, potatoes, pasta (no tomato sauce), all carbs. My diet after the surgery and it helped. Hope you feel better soon. |
Know you're emotionally and mentally exhausted from all the stuff with your mom, the home and contents. Sounds like you are doing pretty well and have a good plan. Hopefully, soon that will all be done with and you all can relax adn enjoy spring and summer.
NEWMAN.....wow just wow. No doubt we've seen a miracle right before our eyes. Actually, that same day, later in afternoon Newman was released from the hospital , shown walking out with his two daughters hand in hand beside him. He's spoken with Blaney and glad he's doing so much better. I just hope and pray he will have a full recovery and able to return to racing. No doubt he has some injuries that we know nothing about and I respect that privacy. I just pray they aren't career ending like Park, Nadeau, Dale, Jr, Bobby Allison's were. With so many safety improvements since the death of DE I believe they are so much safer now. Newman is proof of that!! I'm sure NASCAR will review this crash over and over and ask Newman for his input for any improvements?
I do think the "Newman Bar" he fought hard for NASCAR to approve and he designed, may have saved his life. Being an Engineer Grad from Purdue no doubt it was built right. Rocketman/Ironman!!
My "2016" saying is:
"All racers, mess a lot with Lagano" What goes around comes around". Lagano
