Good afternoon !

A very cold and snowy day here !! We got our 1st accumulating snow last night. Woke up to a winter wonderland.. It actually has stuck since we are in that frigid air mass now. Got all my running done yesterday because I knew it was coming so I slept in and Tom and I had to go out this afternoon. The roads are fine but the trees are overloaded and covered with the snow. This is the first snow so better get used to it. I hate the fact it gets dark so early in the evening now

I'm in hibernation mode BIG TIME !lol

I wish I could Ship !!! If that cold front dips further South you may get lucky. And it's just starting LOL !!! Today it's in the 20's but no other snow forcasted for a few days...I'm sure more will be coming soon. This was pretty early for this year.
I heard we are supposed to have more snow and cold than last year

I'd rather have cold and snow than the ice storms we get.

Glad you were prepared. This brutal cold fromt that's moving in has brought snow, flurries and mix to several areas west and North of me. I just had cold chilly rain all day. Sure glad those frigid temps coming in tonight going down into the 20's wasn't during this rain today or we would have had snow too. I'm not caring for darker days and colder weather. I want SPRING!

My "2016" saying is:

yes, I want spring too !!!!this was one time I followed the weather reports. They are getting pretty good at pinpointing even the timing anymore. I hate that it gets dark around 4:30 now... makes my day pretty short if I have to do any running since I don't like to drive after dark. Makes me get an earlier start to the day now that it's winter.
