Yep, same thing different result. Two weeks ago Josh Berry had 4 flats and had to be towed. He was given the DVP (disable vehicle policy) which is rule. Nothing else wrong, just couldn't drive on 4 flats. OUT OF RACE. Next week at Dega, Elliott had flat tires, damaged body and was TOWED IN, into his pits. The DVP policy says, if You are on the hook, You are DVP. So, just another fact of the favoritism for Good ole HMS.
