I just read where Kaulig racing that was the other car in the louver scandal, appealed their case and was not given the 100 points back. Generous Asscar gave back 25. If this doesn't show everyone how HMS controls Asscar nothing does. Even the article writer said that Asscar should explain why. I guess when You are in bed with Asscar, You get Your way.
Kaulig lost $100,000, 4 wk suspension, and 75 points for the same exact thing HMS did, except Asscar gave them back their 100 points. Go figure
