They always push the "sold out" when its's race time. Maybe some left due to weather and were a few there for Xfinity and left early since with late race after Cup and people traveling and working on Monday. They've pulled the "sold out" card a lot of times after they removed 1/2 or more of the seats and several stand sections. Charlotte is a good example. Bristol being an oval can't do that BUT they were always sold out years in advance and season tickets couldn't be bought either. Now they can't give them away! People stopped renewing them, my cousin was one and lives 10 min from the track. Now she rents out her large home to corporate race companies or sponsors and camps out in their camper away from the area and makes good money for a few days.
