I'm so grateful that so far Laura's path will spare MS mostly except some surge. I just pray is doesn't change course as it's now expected to become a Cat 4, surges up to 15 feet in LA and TX Coast lines with some along MS Coast. Like Pappy said, I worry about the spawn of tornadoes as well as major flooding in some areas.
How far it comes inland and possible heavy rains and tornadoes worries me too. MK and others in that path, please be careful. We had so much damage in NC from Isila (sp) with beach and inland mostly from high winds and massive tornadoes.
