Miss Bogard was my 6th grade teacher. Gave me a sense that I could do anything I put my mind to. She infused my young thinking with possibilities. I remember thinking she was so beautiful she could have been a movie star. She was graceful and caring, teaching seemed to be a joy for her, and I loved being in her class.

I remember seeing her at the '95 reunion and she really did not look any different or older at all.

I don't know that I knew you, Delbert, but I am sorry for your loss. She was a bright spot in my young life.
