This seems fishy to me, His last match in a County shirt and he gets a hat trick, then apparently he didn't train on Thursday last week, then he didn't make the squad against Blackpool and now gone out on loan, It seems like a row with the manager is the explanation to me.

That's quite a jump to make; plenty of transfers happen in a similar manner without any fallout taking place.
