Ian Watts gives us another glimpse back into County`s glorious history to a week when Alf Lythgoe added to his many laurels as a County player with another record – netting 5 goals in a single game!
Nice read again. Last year my grandson bought me a framed picture of the 1935 team! I might be getting on, but I'm not that bloody old! A year on from the article, and not many of the names there appear on that team sheet. Alf, certainly doesn't.
