The Locos stayed third in the Fizz Liga thanks to a 64th minute equaliser from Spanish left back Adrian Guerrero.

The hosts from near the Austrian border were fresh from an impressive 3-1 win over reigning champions Ferencvaros but found DVSC a tougher nut to crack.

Sixth placed Zete did take the lead on 24 minutes through Costa Rican defender Joseth Peraza in the 11,200 capacity ZTE Arena. But Guerrero’s strike ensured it ended honours even.

League leaders Gyori ETO are now three points clear at the top of the Fizz Liga after they made it nine without defeat with an entertaining 4-3 win at 4th placed Paksi, who have now lost three on the bounce.

Second placed Ferencvaros play tomorrow away to MTK, who are eighth. The Locos are a further point back and MTK are also their next opponents at the Nagyerdei Stadium on Friday night.
