Playing Norwood and Bate does not work. It’s like playing with ten men. They both do the same role dropping deep taking the ball off the centre half’s. Surely Chally does not make that mistake again.

In the first season it worked well, bates was more 'Robbie savage' without silly tackles, cutting around the midfield, picking up balls and playing the team back in. On what I saw at Bardford and Wigan, he is just not there yet and Bailey is the current better option (worth note that Bailey is a much improved player this season too...cannot beat healthy competition for places
