For the first time this season, we don’t have an opposing fan writing one half of the match report for us. I’m afraid I don’t know any of the 65 Wolves fans sat in the Pop Side on Tuesday night. We do have Dave Philbin joining us, though. There’s far worse ways to spend your Thursday afternoon.

JK said the first goal took a 'heavy' deflection.

Time to give the young keepers a chance now. DC is doing it for outfield players. The Academy lads coming through remind me of the Craig Madden era.
Things are looking good it's just the injury situation that seems baffling.
Good to see another Stockport lad making his mark. I know he's not related to the WBA legend, but wouldn't it be great if he turned out to be just as good

Ben needs to still be playing in the cups because he needs to be ready should Addai pick up an injury or a loss of form, like last year.

Metcalfe is a third choice-level goalkeeper and by the sounds of his recent loan, Wogan's got a lot of development left to go.

Hasn't Woagan got a cap for his Country's Under 21's? Even though he's 16?

Throw them in at the deep end

didn't do Ken Mulhearn, Mickey Salmon, Andy Gorton any harm

even Jamie Spencer came in at Championship level.
