As things stand , the club have got their ticketing policy just right , that is , how you get a ticket for a home match . Via the app for those with the high tech and expensive smart phones , via emailing for those with standard phones , and printed tickets at the ticket office on the day for those who do not have a phone ! Ryanair think everyone has a smart phone and this policy will cause no end of problems . I watch live tennis on rare occasions and the governing body , the LTA policy was to have all tickets accessibility via their app . This was a disastrous decision with no end of problems at the various venues and the LTA had to back down and offer a printing service at their ticket office as fans were stuck in queues outside . Why should supporters have to spend a lot of money on a phone or upgrade their iPad ? Also not keen on no cash stadiums , what happens when the card machine facility breaks down , which it does when overloaded . I have often found on taxis , restaurants , buses , trains , hotels , shops , where the card terminals have failed to work , so cash is always a reliable back up .
