I read into that we are in a good position to negotiate a decent fee if true.

Must be close to a new record fee received, currently Alan Armstrong at 1.6 mill to get him I would think, would be good business.

If Nathan Lowe unproven at L1 level is valued at 2.5m, then Tanto is worth much more. Tanto is not an out and out goal scorer but with his pace he brings other attributes to our attack and has different qualities than other strikers. He will be extremely difficult to replace. I cannot see him going cheaply as his contract will run until 2028 if we want it to.

No chance. We had our opportunity last summer, and by all accounts we were put off by the add-ons and clauses. His value will only have increased since then.

Two things will happen this summer. The record transfer fee received will be broken and the record transfer fee paid will be smashed .
