It's not true. There are none this year due to the 27th being a Saturday. That's all there is to it.

And in addition, the televised games haven't been announced, so it's likely some will be moved to Boxing Day.

Hopefully public transport will be in full operation. Rather than relying on coaches from pubs or social clubs.
