New Season Ticket process

I’ve just renewed my season ticket via the new provider. It was pretty easy( other than authentication going into spam). Bodes well going forward. How are others finding it?

I paid for mine yesterday morning. In my online bank account it has gone through but is pending. I haven't received a confirmation email from Alloc8 yet. If I don't receive one after the transaction has gone through I will pay a visit to the ticket office to see what's going on.

I'd check your spam, as I know a few people have said the emails have gone in there.

If you log into your ticketing account, you should also be able to see the order in the order history section too.

Pain in the proverbial. Received the email, logged in ok, filled and checked details ok, clicked onto payment link only to get “403/ invalid link”, been the same for 24 hours. Guess it’s a trip to EP.

Smooth apart from one minor gripe - the basket page didn’t render properly on my iPhone in portrait mode so had to put it into landscape mode to get the payment button at the bottom of the screen.

£5 per ticket if you want it posting, extra bit of profit for someone there..no ground collections so post or e ticket..3 tickets, extra 15 quid..don't think so.

I too have just received an email from the club with the information about my renewal. I handed over my last year's tickets and I have been charged two different prices . Plus £5 per ticket to deliver them and it is £1-70 for a first-class stamp but free for me to pick them up . I would love to know who came up with this idea or is it just another money-making thing .

The below information is on my email . Left hand not knowing what the right one is up to.

If you opted to collect your ticket, please visit our Ticket Office on Monday 10am - 4pm, Wednesday 10am - 4pm, Friday 10am - 4pm.
The County Store is also open on Wednesday between the hours of 10am to 4pm for collections
We should bombard the club with emails of COMPLAINT

The physical tickets are being done by an outside provider and each comes in a commemorative souvenir box, which is basically what the £5 per ticket for postage covers.

It's either that or a digital ticket this season; there's no option to collect at EP.

So have got to pay for something I don't want and will probably go straight into the bin but I have to pay twice can they not put 2 cards in one box.

Paid for mine today. Asked what the extra fiver was for. She replied it's the cost of the plastic card. They post it out too.

It was broke, that's why it's been fixed, hence the new ticketing system.

Grandad whose taken two off the grandkids for years. Down to the ticket office as per normal for a pensioner, young adult and youth.Where normally I'd of called back later in summer to pick them up, the very nice young lady said not to worry we'll post them to you in July. £807 ,which on getting home thought I'll have to call back as i worked it out to be £792 ? And then I got the email !!! £15 postage and all three coming to my house !!! Someone,somewhere's taking the piss. If they want to rip me off fair enough but somewhere down the line I'll get my own back .
