How would we run a ticketing system in-house without using an external provider for the system to manage it on?

Do what in-house exactly? We don’t make the shirts or any of the merch we sell because it would be crap and very expensive. All we have done is change ticket service tech providers from the absolutely dreadful Future Ticketing to a (hopefully) much better Alloc8.
