Taking a flag to Wrexham. Someone said you have to get permission to get flags into grounds. Is this true and how do you go about getting it?

SUPPORTER FLAGS
The STōK Cae Ras does not have a dedicated area for the display of flags and therefore is extremely limited. Small display flags may be permitted at the discretion of the Safety Officer depending upon available space, but at no time have a discriminatory, commercial, political, contentious or obscene message on it.
