Would be great for the lad if he got that chance. Don’t think anyone could begrudge him a move like that if it ever came off.

Top player. Gives his all. Think he’s played more minutes than anyone else in the County squad this season.

If Derby County can get 9 million for Ethan Cashin (left sided centre half) we should be looking for 10-12 million minimum

Eiran Cashin went from a Championship club to a Premier League club; there's not a chance we're getting £10-12m for Pye.

Yes, but didn’t Cashin play in League One 23-24. Derby sold him last Summer after their promotion. Pye is better and younger too!
This time last year Derby were in the same position as we are now, finally winning promotion at the end of the season as runners up.

Cashin played in league one last season and in the Championship this season. Was sold in Jan.

He may well be the better player, but as it stands he is unproven above L1 level. Cashin wasn't.

Plymouth are bottom. Derby aren't far off where they'd be expected to finish based on budget, and Cashin was their standout player in the first half of the season.

Scarcity increases prices and there is one fewer candidate of Pye's ilk now. Who else is there? With FOMO and a bit of luck we could get more for Pye.

Agreed. Fee will be hampered by the level he’s currently playing at. I would imagine we could see a record fee received for a County player though if he does eventually leave us.

As we suspected, lots of clubs have had an interest in Pye for a while. He could go for rather a lot if we time it right and have a bit of luck with regards to hype and need.

Both Hills and Pye were immense today against a very physical and intimidating forward line for Charlton. Hills nicked MOM though for his handling of their No 22 who was chucking elbows around all of the 2nd half. Tanto was pretty good too and looked at great every time he turned a defender. On to Bolton for another early KO.

Bad Ref again. Number 7 should have been booked for kicking the ball in the net. Then he did a shocking foul, should have been sent off then.
They did every trick in the book on us, killed the entertainment.
