Southampton Under-21s manager Simon Rusk will take interim charge of the senior side and his first game will be a Carabao Cup quarter-final at home to Premier League leaders Liverpool on Wednesday.

He will need more than good luck. Good management is needed and some better players for Southampton.

Good luck to him, didn't work out with us but he's obv a well thought of young coach at the level he's at..never a big fan of MM as a manager. Don't think SR helped himself with that appointment.
