If you are privileged enough to have a season ticket. A few days notice of when they are available via an email would be more appreciated.

Trying to buy an away ticket on this provider is dreadfully slow and frustrating. When did they send out the e-mail for you to apply for the Rotherham match? I received mine at 11.01 am today. There was not enough room to manoeuvre. They must do better for the Crystal Palace and Reading matches.

I buy season tickets for all my family as birthday presents (and they are all 18+).

Does that mean everyone has to pay separately in future?

Also, how does this impact away tickets if you've previously got linked season tickets so you can buy for your group under one name/payment? Last thing you want is friends and families being split up.

The club will no doubt provide all the relevant information nearer the time.

I imagine the need for an email address per season ticket may play into individual loyalty points, so if an account with 6 tickets on it buys 1 ticket to a game, they only get the loyalty points for the 1 ticket.

The way we've done it so far is that if 1 out of the 6 people on the account had been to 10+/15+ aways etc then they'd be able to buy 6 tickets, even if the other 5 don't meet the same criteria.

It should make it a fairer system.

You'd be surprised. I had dealings last year with a garage. This was a major business near the centre of Wolverhampton. I never got as far as finding out whether they actually had email or not. But they were completely incapable of sending one.

My father was a County fan like my grandfather before :-)

What happens if you don't fill it in by Monday? I know someone where his e-mail disappeared, he tried contacting club to no avail!

Give the club a call and ask if you're unable to complete the form in time and I'm sure they'd be able to advise.

There are many that don't have e-mail address's. True they would be of the older generation, I have a brother that doesn't have anything. Just as there are folk that don't have a telly or a car.
They may be getting rarer, but they are out there.

Correct. I couldn't believe that when I read it this morning. Plenty of families also share/use a common email address.

I bet you could count the number of season ticket holders the club has on one hand who don't have an email address.

Happy to be proven wrong, but I don't even know if you're able to currently buy one without an email address.

As I say, I'm not sure you can currently buy a season ticket without an email address. If that's the case then the situation is unchanged for those people.

If you do not submit the completed form by 12 on Monday you cannot apply for a renewal of your season ticket
I have no idea if everyone has to apply individually for renewals - I have bought ST for my 2 grandsons since they were at school and I hope that can continue
