Are they taking the pee.

They now want to play in the Welsh cups so they have a chance to qualify for European cups etc.

They shouldn’t be allowed to enter the FA or League cups then. Can’t have multiple chances.

They wouldn't have multiple chances; as part of the agreement, they'd forfeit any European qualification rights from playing in English competitions.

I am in much sympathy with you on this. Had it out with the Wrexham lads on Faceache on the subject. One of them said if you think we should be in league of Wales, what about Cardiff and Swansea? I said Yes, them two too.

Next thing I know they were talking about turning off the water in Liverpool and Brum. Great says I. Added bonus.

They used to in tholden days. But weren't allowed in the European Cup Winners Cup if they won the Welsh Cup

In 1962/63 Bangor City beat Naples 2-0 in the 1st leg of the European Cup 1st round.

Bunch of selfish twats ! Over the last few years, small clubs lower down the Welsh pyramid have qualified for European competitions. What chance are clubs like recent cup qualifiers ,Bala,Caernarvon Town and the New Saints going to have against the likes of Swansea and Cardiff ?
