Greek Street Roundabout....Ground Share?

Just putting this out there....

With the absolute chaos which is going to be caused by the replacement of the Greek St roundabout from August 2025.... would a ground share be a possibility for 2025/26 season and then that way we could do all the ground redevelopment in one go, and we avoid the chaos of everyone trying to get to and from EP for matches?

Ground share?

Plenty of roads lead to and from EP without the roundabout.

Get a new Railway end with roof and facilities sorted for the start of next season would be the best bet.
And the season after the new Main Stand with twenty or so exec boxes to bring the cash in

We need to crack on with the ground development plans. We need to capitalise on this wave of success. Ideally have the ground sorted by the time we get promoted. The RE should start immediately after planning permission is approved.

You are assuming the plans for the ground are approved 🙈

It would be embarrassing on the Council’s part if it wasn’t. The club is an absolute credit to the town. They should be bending over backwards for us. I suggest they should help fund it.
