No explanation from the club ?is he injured ? Or were they saving him for the cricket match ?

It’s very strange. Nick hasn’t appeared in any of the friendlies and no word from the club on the subject either. DC did say he expected some to leave and maybe they have had an offer and don’t want to risk him until the offer received is increased to become acceptable. This is just an assumption, as l am not ITK.

DC mentioned during the fan event in Pinatar that Powell is injured.

Fwiw I wouldn't be surprised if we moved him on, but it's untrue to say there's been no word from the club about him.

Nick. What was said at the fan event at Pinatar was for the privileged few. I have heard no word from the club, but l do accept what you say!

If he’s injured, then that’s 9 players on the list. Going to need strength in depth again and unless Wootton was substituted with a knock then he is the only fit striker!

Not sure we’d get a fee for him. It’s more about getting him out of the squad and off the payroll.

Yeah, you'd imagine there'd be a mutual termination of his deal rather than fees being paid.
