Salford game

It would be a 3 huge points but I think Salford are coming to EP at the best possible time. They are bang in form with an impressive win at Stevenage on Saturday. We are having a nightmare with injuries. It sounds to me that Collar is out for the season and with Sarc, Horsfall and Byrne injured it’s a big concern. Hippo should be back so it’s probably him in the attacking midfield role if Sarcevic is still unavailable.

Would love three points but would take a point.

With only a few games left a point against Salford isn't enough.

After three home draws we are six points short of where we should be if we'd have been at our best.

The three points yesterday were very welcome given the performance which was average at best.

TLOBS Nothing is easy in football, but we dropped six points in our last three drawn home games because of our inability to score. Still feel we can win automatic promotion but we have made it harder for ourselves. It’s in our own hands. Do we want it?

IMO, we've had a great season up to now, but I don't think we're good enough yet to go that step further.

I also think we need that final piece, but if we do it im sure a couple of signings in summer would give us enough to hold our own in the 1st

We need automatic promotion because I don't think we'd go up via the play-offs with our current hot and cold performances.

Let’s hope we would be on a hot performance, as I think that may be the route, hope not but looks most likely, at least we may have a fully fit squad by then

90s Hatter, County should be feeling confident going into our last eight games, as previous fixtures against these sides, we have amassed 19 points to give us 6 wins, a draw and a defeat previously this season. Repeat that feat and we will finish on 82 points. Let us hope and pray we can repeat these results, starting with Salford.

Am thinking we need 6 wins from the last 8 if we want automatic. 4 wins should be enough for POs

Nah we play first and there's nothing in the week. If we win we temporarily close to within a point of the automatic places. Whoever does play should need no greater incentive. Horsfall should be back too.

My father was a County fan like my grandfather before :-)
