Whilst on holiday in January I was told by a well in the know City fan that Tom Mahon was heading our way.

To many chiefs and not enough indians!

We are trying to recruit the best off the pitch but it is on the pitch that counts. Get the best on the pitch and the rest is easy and will look after itself. Could we have recruited better last month?

Or jobs that need to be filled to run a club on a professional level, I remember the days when Eric Webster did everything, wasn’t anything to be proud of, apart for Eric

Err .. I might be more considerate to the “ professional “ bods in the office who tell us what to do, if we were top of the league at this moment in time

They cant be accountable for where the team sit in the league, and guess what, the players cant be accountable for what goes on in admin, but they are both needed. I cant understand why you could possibly complain about a member of staff being taken on, have you studied Mark Stotts business acumen, he doesn’t make many mistakes, knows how to run a business obviously. It’s not as if it has cost us the signing of a player. Just seems a moan for moans sake
