Rochdale probable relegation

Interested to see how most County fans will be towards Rochdale when/if they are relegated to the National League.

I remember some Rochdale fans being pretty sh*ty when we dropped out the football league. Will they get it back or are we better, more experienced and wiser than the North Manchester lot?!

They are not from north Manchester they are from Lancashire.

If we’re still in this division next year, then much rather Crawley and Gillingham go. Or perhaps Colchester. Boring away trips the lot of them.

Don't want Rochdale to go down,just like i didn't want Oldham to.
They are all in the same situation as us where gloryhunters from their own town have gone off supporting united or city in search of silverware and so-called glamour.
I remember any Dale fans i met after the 2008 play off final seemed ok so hope they stay up.
As others have said,much rather southern teams get relegated.

As I live and work in Rochdale I have plenty of customers who are long standing Dale fans and not one has ever had a bad word to say about county - in fact most are pleased to see the wonderful success we have enjoyed over recent seasons - I really hope they manage to avoid the drop

Me too. I like to see all local teams doing well (except Crewe) apart from the Greedy League clubs.

Same with my Dale supporting workmates, plus any Oldham or Bury fans I know. They all would however laugh their knobs off if City or United went bust.

Gillingham aren’t going down. My money is on Crawley and AN Other. Would rather it was a Southern team, even though we won’t be in this division next season.

Rochdale currently looking favourites. At least they’d have a very local derby with Oldham next season (I think they’ll stay up - just).

I agree . Went to Crawley , quite enjoy the London area games because my son Adam lives there so we meet up at games when we can . Crawley is a helluva trek , a lot further than you think , nearer to Brighton than London ! And a game we should have got a draw , then you don’t mind the journey back as much !!
Gillingham on a revival , Cochester winnable . Don t want Rochdale going down , local team to us .

Yes agreed with those not wanting dale relegated.. we all the better having local fixtures rather than the old 200 mile 4 hour round trip!..local rivalries much better than playing teams we have no connection with..imo obv
