The capacity at Scotland is about 10000 but they generally have attendances of 2500 home fans ( about 2000 STs ) - it must be possible to segregate parts of the home stands to give County an allocation of more than the 3000 ish they presently have been given

It's possible, but I'm not sure whether they'd want to be significantly outnumbered by away fans. Defeats the idea of home advantage.
