Barnet

I know it's not their fault, but I just don't like them.

I really hope we batter them tomorrow.

Last season they were bottom of the League and were on their way down, but relegation was suspended, and the season before, they pinched our play off place after finishing half way down the League.

And to top it all, the beat us at EP 1-2

I'd love it, just love it if we won 5-0

I’ve decided to kill two birds with one stone this weekend as we are going to visit our son who now lives in Windsor and have just bought two tickets for tomorrow’s game at Barnet. I’d like to witness the battering that they will be dealt tomorrow down at the Hive. Agree with you Alli, they’ve ducked and dived this last few seasons but reckon they’ll stay up this season as the relegation places already looked sealed.

Here’s to three more points on the road this weekend.

They also ended our nine match winning run in 2006/07. They should have been kicked out of the Football League for that alone!

Or that time that cockwomble of a tannoy announcer gave score updates during the first half of our promotion rivals (but only if they were winning).

I have been three times, twice to Underhill and to the FA Cup game at the Hive and never seen us score. And yes I well remember the total lack of class from that bloody tannoy announcer - he could have been done for inciting a riot.

Don't worry, not going tomorrow....

My father was a County fan like my grandfather before :-)

There are no easy games , we shouldn't get too arrogant . Barnet have already defeated us this season and will be looking for a ' double ' . All good and bad runs come to an end at some point . Tricky decision for the manager as to whether he starts with Connor Jennings , who has done pretty well to be fair or start with Ollie who is a sort of floating attacking midfield striker . If Scott Quigley makes the squad , maybe ease him back in , say for the last twenty minutes ........ I see no reason why we can ' t get a result , the Barnet pitch is a bit ropey due to a lot of other events going on at the Hive , the playing surface won t be like the billiard table we have at Edgeley . Picking my son up who lives in Shoreditch , he has County as his ' second team ' and can' t wait for the match .

there is a good possibility of one team this season doing the double on us and we,ll still end up being champions. someone did it in our last championship winning side and it could have been another mid table side, alfreton. something about barnet where we always struggle a bit to gain a win.
