And there lies the problem I think DJ, Jim has been that long with the club, achieved a lot during that time. Perhaps the new management decided it was time to change the current thinking and playing system on the field. We all know Jim was stubborn in change. Lets see who is brought in and what that person does in the way the team plays. Time will tell.
