And there lies the problem I think DJ, Jim has been that long with the club, achieved a lot during that time. Perhaps the new management decided it was time to change the current thinking and playing system on the field. We all know Jim was stubborn in change. Lets see who is brought in and what that person does in the way the team plays. Time will tell.
In any other industry, companies look to minimise their headcount. Here we just seem to have seen empire building going on in the last year with newcomers arriving frequently. It was only a matter of time before Jim went as the new owners clearly want their own people throughout the business - I was expecting maybe the end of the season if we didn't go up.
If Simon Wilson is so good, why has he never stayed with one of the big clubs he was at. Fear we will get a yes man who will work as head coach under Wilson. My suspicions is Jim didn't like all the back seat drivers Stott had brought in, and when push comes to shove Stott and the new regime would back their people.
