Don’t know if it’s the same now, but for planning it used to be one and a half car parking spaces per flat.

Manchester’s an absolute lavvie.
I had the misfortune to walk through Piccadilly. ‘Gardens’ and it was awash with unwashed spice heads.
Dreadful place.

One of the many referred to as being ‘Dim Witted’ for still using this board.
