Just seen the world championships start today and just watching it on TV their is crowd's of people in their cheering and clapping yet some people have said you won't be able to do at a football match could anybody please explain Looks like only a handful have face coverings as well it seems all very strange

It’s one of the events they are using as a trial for allowing spectators back at events.

From what I gather the rest of the trial from tomorrow is going to be pulled along with any other relaxations which were due to take place with effect from tomorrow.
