Hate to be a spoilsport but they are 2 of the worst shirts we've ever had. They're awful. Absolutely no character about them whatsoever.

Just as long as the players that play in them aren't as bad, we'll be alright.

Got to disagree, I reckon less is more now when it comes to footie shirts. Prefer to be walking around in the classy white one than looking like I've just been in explosion in a paint factory ala some of the concoctions from the nineties.

the 90,s ones were fashion of the day. many others had what could be described as joke kits. remember the match officials seagull shit one.

Must say this is also my view. So much great stuff you can do with shirts and it’s like they genuinely prepared something in 5 mins - the most basic, generic thing you can think of. The crest is rubbish too. Everything just says ‘off the peg, no effort’. That’s not what our club should be.

I know some people don’t think it’s a big deal, but it is to me. The kit is the main thing people see about our club. It should represent who we are. The 90s kits say we are unique. This just says we are a template, identikit club, with no history nor heritage - it’s the kind of kit I’d expect from MK Dons or one of those clubs with no history. It says as a club we can’t be arsed. The promo video tells me that isn’t actually the case, which is why it’s so disappointing.

The 90s shirts weren't unique at all. Huddersfield had the same Gola template, Rochdale had the same Super League template. We aren't in a position to have a bespoke kit made so we will have similar designs to other clubs. As has been said, less is more these days, we aren't in the 90s any longer. Although I will say that some consultation from the club, where we could vote on the final designs would be nice. Democracy and all that.

I said that about the crest. But a young un said its fashion. You can put it on anything, tee shirt, jacket etc.

It’s careless though. Nowt wrong with a circular crest but you could make it so a) it doesn’t look like Rochdale and b) 1883 isn’t repeated twice - you could have Animonet Fide in there instead.

The circular crest is ok for supporters badge but it is shit as a kit crest. It screams Rochdale. Cheap.

Im told by someone who has one that you need to add a couple of "XX" infront of your usual size he got XL but needed XXXL .I worry that they will not have ordered enough of the biggest sizes or indeed if the biggest size is big enough so some!

I like the white one especially.

I love the fact that we are supporting the NHS in a kind of “reverse” sponsorship.

I remember Barcelona used to do that for UNICEF

exactly. for me they are clean, tidy and unfussy. when we are champions next season they will go down as classic kits. the yellow and blue could have been a shade darker for me but thats my only gripe.
