What blame ? I certainly won't be blaming anybody ! A standard we've not been near for years,a relatively inexperienced management team for this level and a mid table budget, means their's only a certain pool of players we had to go at and which ruled out most of the players already hooked up with Div 1 clubs and no doubt the odd gamble was taken with certain players. Without splashing cash like Brum its bound to take time and where through trial and error finally finish up with a quality Div 1 squad. Some of this seasons squad will come up to scratch others won't, and far to early to judge especially as we don't see them every day like the gaffer does. There's plenty of "amateur football managers " that follow us ,would of thrown Kevin Francis through the door after his first few games !!
