I guess the cap is about 2/3 of our maximum desired attendance of County fans? BTW, is there a % we are required to keep for away fans, or does it depend on the support of the opposition? Is the thinking that we should encourage the less committed walk-ins and maybe those that (unfortunately) can't afford a season ticket?
