Star Player(s) and next season Archived Message Posted by Lunesdale Hatter on April 29, 2024, 6:10:14 Just a thought, I read a comment by wrexham owners when they lost Mullin their 'star player' to injury...I thought who.is our out and out star player. I could not answer as I consider Ben, Horsfeld, Powell, Paddy, Sarce, Louie B all to be significant 'star' players. When we lost Louie it was a big loss but never spoke about in terms of our out and out 'star player'. Given this strong core of 'star' team players who are excellent, next season looks bright...surely? Clearly the goal is to avoid relegation and secure mid table, and the more 'fickly' fans need to be ignored as some degree of a normal season will grip us next year, and fan aspirations reconfigured to what success looks like. But mid table looks within our grasp with a core of 'star' players on our roster...surely? Thoughts?
