Couple of points. Dave Jones I remember was once asked how we would stop one of the Prem teams in the cup. He said something like " were not worried about what they will do,we will make them worried about what we do" he also didn't chsnge formation much and played the same players where possible. I say this because I think we worry about the other team far too much. We over complicate and league 2 players are not good with that. We should keep it more simple. Play 4 3 3 attack and make teams fear us. Instead we often change formation during games. Dc said it the other week in possession we play one formation out of it another.
