In fact they would have done except for their own meathead centre back who took out his own GK as he was fielding a relatively easy catch. The ball then ran loose, there was a coming together and the ref blew for a very soft penalty. All this happened in stoppage time and it got me thinking, when was the last time that we scored a winner or salvaged something late on in a game. It often feels to me that if we don't score in the first 75-80 minutes then we're not going to score...
