We need to make the game simple again. Play 4 3 3 with a real 3 in midfield not Croasdale on his own. I wouldn't play powell. He is clearly talented but his flicks and tricks to no one and his lack of mobility kill the flow. For me 4 3 3 press press press. Practice defending set pieces in training.ive had enough of changing formations to stop the opposition. We need to play our way.
