It's common sense really if you think about it. Clubs let some of their fringe or youngers players out to get game time and experience. If they don't get the opportunity to do that then it's been a complete waste of time and money for both parties. It can work well as we did earlier this season with Louie Barry. Indeed he's a perfect example of how it improved the players confidence and fitness. Sadly the shite pitch a Crewe brought that to a halt. We've sent players out on loan in the past and brought them back when it's not worked out.
