Nooo I thought Richardson was average at best. Not a huge loss. As for Lemonheigh-Evans I didn't think he was given a decent chance last season, that said Collar and Sarcevic were ahead of him. The reports from a Tranmere supporting friend is that Ethan Bristow is a very good left back/wing back (for the pedants/nerds  ) My concerns are centre back and centre midfield. Byrne can do a job for us at the back but that's it. Fingers crossed for no more injuries. Centre mid particularly whilst Collar and Sarcevic are out looks weak. I don't think Paddy is the answer. Camps is doing a reasonable job. The young lad from Newcastle or young Savage would have filled that creativity gap. Hopefully it's just a case of getting this fixture out of the way with three points and no more injuries. |
